Registration of a Limited Liability Company (Osakeyhtiö – Oy/Oyj):
Preparation and submission of documents to the Finnish Patent and Registration Office (PRH). Includes registration for VAT, advance tax, and employer registers, as well as consultation on accounting matters. Price: 360 euros. The price does not include fees charged by the registration authority.
Registration of a Sole Proprietorship (Toiminimi – Tmi):
Preparation and submission of documents to the Finnish Patent and Registration Office (PRH), with consultations on accounting matters. Includes registration for VAT, advance tax, and employer registers. Price: 110 euros. The price does not include fees charged by the registration authority.
Amendments to Founding Documents and State Registers:
For legal entities, the cost of each change is 35 euros. The price does not include fees charged by the registration authority. The cost for individuals is determined separately.
